WHOLE-istic Living

Charlie's "Live to Thrive" philosophy is embodied in his concept of "WHOLE-istic" living as outlined below.

What Is WHOLE-istic Living?

Adopted from the "holistic" health concept now widely accepted throughout the medical community, we define the WHOLE-ISTIC approach to our health as one that considers the WHOLE being.

It is a path to preventing disease, healing and thriving that considers our body, mind, spirit, and emotions in the quest for optimal health and wellness. It addresses the role of diet, exercise, stress management and the environment in daily living.

This focus encourages a complementary regimen of both conventional and alternative approaches to achieve optimal health.

How Does It Help?

When we apply this WHOLE-istic style to living our lives, we become empowered to be active participants in our own health. Our state of overall well-being is based on the choices and practices we make each and every moment in every area of our lives.

Do you embrace a WHOLE-istic approach to life? Please share how with us.
